ADAMIMOGO FC EXTEND WINNING STREAK WITH THRILLING COMEBACK VICTORY OVER GATEWAY FC


Adamimogo FC continued their impressive run with a hard-fought 2-1 victory over NNL side Gateway FC in a thrilling encounter played at the ASERO Stadium in Abeokuta.

IREPODUN/IFELODUN FEMALE TEAMS SHINE IN MOB CUP PRELIMINARIES

 


The preliminaries of the MOB Cup have come to a thrilling conclusion, with Victor Oluitan Adewusi Iyin Ekiti Queens (VOA Queens) emerging victorious and claiming the top spot. Ajakaiye Memorial Queens secured second place, while MOB Queens took third.


The final match, played on Friday, November 22nd, saw VOA Queens dominate MOB Queens with a resounding 5-1 victory. This win came after a hard-fought 1-1 draw against Ajakaiye Memorial Babes in the preceding match.


VOA Queens' triumphant win has earned them a spot in the state-level competition, where they will be joined by Ajakaiye Memorial Babes. 

The state-level competition will feature two representatives from each local government, with two female and two male teams competing. The success of the female teams from Irepodun/Ifelodun serves as a shining example of the talent and determination of young female footballers in the region.

ISAJA FC CROWNED CHAMPIONS OF MOB UNITY CUP 2024

 


The MOB Unity Cup 2024, held in Efon Local Government, came to a thrilling conclusion as Isaja FC were crowned champions after defeating Obalu FC in the finals. 

The highly anticipated match was played in a packed stadium, with fans from both teams cheering on their teams.

Isaja FC's victory marked the culmination of a successful campaign, which saw them dominate their opponents and emerge as the top team in the competition.


The MOB Unity Cup 2024 was a resounding success, promoting unity and friendly competition among the teams and communities involved. The tournament also provided a platform for young footballers to showcase their talents and develop their skills.

Both Isaja FC and Obalu FC will go on to represent Efon Local Government in the state-level competition, providing a unique opportunity for the teams to compete against top teams from other local governments.

Adamimogo FC Team Manager, Prince Isaiah Igben, Congratulates Festus Allen on Gateway FC Appointment



Prince Isaiah Igben, Team Manager of Adamimogo FC, has extended warm congratulations to Festus Allen on his appointment as the new head coach of Gateway United FC for the Nigeria National League 2024/25 season.

Allen's unveiling took place at the Dipo Dina Stadium in Ijebu Ode, courtesy of Hon. Wasiu Isiaka, Ogun State Commissioner for Sports Development.
